Tuttle Creek Trail

From Hwy. 395 in Lone Pine, turn west on Whitney Portal road. Drive 3 ½ miles to Horseshoe Meadow road and turn left. Drive another 2 ½ miles, passing the Tuttle Creek Campground and turn right on a gravel road soon after. Watch for a dirt road to the right after about 3 miles, turn right. Four wheel drive vehicles are recommended for this road. Drive about 1 ½ miles to the end of the road.
